On the first of December the 201 German class went to eat a Thanksgiving meal with their Austrian pen pals from the ABZ St. Josef.
They cooked turkey, sweet potatoe puree, and lingonberry sauce, and apple pie for dessert. They spoke English as a follow-up to a German language breakfast. The students talked about Austrian ways to celebrate Christmas, new years, and the holiday season. After dinner they gave the students a tour of their school. It was a very enjoyable experience.
